Launching June 6th

Hi team! I am excited to share that starting on Monday, June 6th you’ll begin to receive a daily email from this feed, with GROW concept refreshers from Deborah at Sage Age.

This is meant to help keep the concepts of our GROW training fresh in our minds and working toward continual application of the concepts.

Each post/video will take up less than 10 minutes of your time - the sweet spot is 5 minutes!

Here’s the gist:

• You’ll receive a daily GROW post in your inbox Monday through Friday around 7:00AM.

• We ask that you read/watch the content in each post at any point of your choosing throughout the day. It’s sent early so you can choose how to incorporate it into your day.

• You are encouraged to engage with the post by commenting your thoughts and replying to your teammates as appropriate.

• Comments can be as short as “GREAT REMINDER!” or as in-depth as sharing a story or experience, a question or challenge your facing, or how you successfully implement strategies related to the topic.

I hope to revisit these topics in our weekly sales calls, or use them in conversations… So engagement with the posts is important. I understand some days get crazy - you’ll take well-deserved time off - so you may miss some here or there.

The goal of this is to be a value-add for you, and I look forward to this being an enjoyable experience for us all!
